Conclusion
OneSuite's OneSuite Forwarding pay-as-you go pricing is a great option if you do not require many minutes per month or are not sure of how many minutes you may initially need. While they have excellent customer service, their lack of standard features may cause you to look elsewhere for a fully functional virtual PBX phone system.
Note that OneSuite Forwarding only costs $2.95 per month but offers no included minutes. Minutes cost $0.05 per minute, which meets our Market Standard. OneSuite does not provide a free trial to demo their services. While they do not provide true 800 numbers, you can get an 888, 877, or 866 number included with your monthly payment. Additional numbers cost only another $2.95 per month. OneSuite Forwarding cannot record voicemails and can only receive Internet faxes if you choose to sign up for their fax service. Phone support is available.
